My poor baby

He had a bad accident yesterday and we made our first trip to the ER. 5 stitches later...he's still as handsome as ever. Mommy on the other hand....I'm a little emotional to say the least!

Engagement

I had the pleasure of having my first engagement session and I have to tell you....it was so much fun! I really, really like engagement sessions. This couple was fun, easy, and you could tell they were excited about their new life together. Here are my favorites from the day! There really were way too many! I can't wait until their wedding, it will be such a blast!

2007 Grad....

I had the opportunity to take this great guy's senior photos last month. Since then he's gone on to be a real live graduate...Congratulations!! I didn't want to miss the opportunity to show him off on here! He was such GREAT sport for letting me take his photo, drag him around the city and do whatever I asked!!! He should be famous for what he went through! LOL! And to his mom...thank you so much! You're a real friend!!

Some totally cool kids....

During our recent trip up North I had the opportunity of having an impromptu session with a family we stayed with. I have to tell you, these kids were absolutely awesome. They were some of the most respectable, loving, great kids I have ever met. Literally, you could walk into their home and just feel that they loved each other and that even though sibling rivalry happened there...they were still a family. And to their parents, thank you for having us! My family had a wonderful time with you all!

He's a great Dad....

This post is a little late as I have been out of town (sorry for the absent blog!) but I didn't want to miss the opportunity to publicly praise my husband. He is a GREAT Dad. He's going out of town for a few days and I truly don't know what I will do without him! Here's some oldies, which has inspired me to take more photos of my man with his kids.

I hate goodbyes...

And I've been having to say them a lot lately. I just said goodbye to one of my best friends. She's moving out of state (even though I moved away first...I only moved 2 hours away! We at least still got to see each other!) I got some last shots in of her and her beautiful baby girl (who just celebrated her 2 year birthday!) And poor Zach, he had to say goodbye to his first girlfriend...sigh.
